Rescheduling Policy:

You may reschedule a class for another class scheduled within 1 month of your original class. If for some reason you do not attend the rescheduled class you will have to sign up and pay for another class.

If rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice – No Fee

If rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice – $30 (empty seat fee)

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled within 24 of class: No Refund… you may reschedule (see above)

If cancelled between 25 – 48 hours of a class: 50% Refund

If cancelled beyond 48 hours of a class: $10 banking fee

No Refunds on ACLS, PALS or BLS Instructor Classes.

No Refunds on missed classes.
